Returns & Exchanges

Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:
- Your order must be prepaid in full. COD orders not eligible for returns.
- The products must have been purchased on our website (www.atdaybreak.co).
- The products should not have been used in any way.
- The original packing (along with the seal) should be intact.
- The return or exchange request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Yes, you can exchange the items if the products delivered to you are damaged or in case we deliver the wrong product to you. However, items to be exchanged, needs to meet the same criteria as the items being returned.

Yes! We will replace your items for free if the products delivered were damaged in transit or different from the ones you ordered. However, if you wish to return the products because you no longer need them with a request for refund, then we will deduct shipping charges & refund the remaining amount. This policy is not applicable for discounted products or if you choose COD as you payment method.
